onica and her new hubby Shannon Brown have given new meaning to the wedding-invitation term "reception to follow." The singer, 30, and her NBA-star spouse married quietly in a private ceremony on Nov. 22 in Los Angeles – but won't hold the party and "official" wedding for friends and family until June, according to Sandrarose.com
"It's true," Brown, a 25-year-old Lakers guard, confirmed tohttp://www.hiphopnonstop.tv/Wednesday. "That's my wife, I'm her husband, you know. We're going to continue to make positive things happen."
Monica, who also Tweets her love for Brown (and showed off a huge diamond ring in October), is mom to two young sons, Rodney III and Romelo Montez, who were featured on her reality show The Single: Monica.
